Review Choice Demonstration

Review Choice Demonstration will include Home Health Agencies (HHAs) that: provide home health services

and are enrolled in the Medicare FFS program; and beneficiaries.

CMS will be extending the phased-in participation in the Review Choice Demonstration for Home Health Agencies in Florida and North Carolina until 1/1/21.

HHAs will have the option to initially select between three review choices:

l Choice 1: Pre-Claim Review,

l Choice 2: Post-payment Review, or

l Choice 3: Minimal review with a 25% payment reduction.
